How do I place an order? To order, simply select the product(s) you want by clicking add to cart button on the selected product. When you have finished shopping just click on my cart and follow the steps. You do not need to create an account, you may ‘check out as guest’. Fill in your personal shipping details, select postage option etc…

Where are you located and can I pick up my order? We are located in Australia, Sydney – Greenacre 2190. We accept local pick-ups on all online orders via appointments only.

Please SMS 0432 029 028 to organize a time and day to collect your parcel.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I track my order?

Once you receive order has been lodged you will receive an email with your tracking details. If you don't receive a tracking notification please email us on  with your order number and we will update you as soon as possible.

What if the item I purchase is not identical to what I see online?

All items are manufactured either by hand or machine. This means that no two items are exactly the same. There may be slight variations in thread color, fabric color and fabric texture. We promise, however, that any variations are slight and minimal. If your unhappy about your purchase you are welcome to return your purchases (visit our returns policy for full details)

 

What happens if a product is out of stock?

Amalia Collection’s team is small, hard working, and dedicated. Our products are constantly changing and new styles are being updated weekly. We will work hard to ensure that products are restocked. If you are after a specific product, send us a message and we will inform you when restocks are available.
