RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! For that reason we accept returns on all our products and provide refunds as soon as possible. All returns or exchanges will be accepted on goods that are unworn, unwashed, unchanged and in its original wrapping with the original labels attached for up to 7 days from the date you received the parcel.

You are required to contact us before intending to return or exchange any items.

Shipping returns will be on customers own expense that means the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes. 

Please note: if we shipped an incorrect or faulty item to you, we will compensate you for the return shipping*

We accept no responsibility for lost returns therefore we recommend that your returns to be mailed to us via registered mail. 

In order to avoid returns, please carefully read the description or ask questions before intending to purchase items. We do our best to describe products as accurately as possible. 

Important: All refunds may take between 1-5 working days to process and can only be made back to the account from which the original payment had been made.

FAULTY ITEMS

We try our best to ensure all products are checked thoroughly before shipped. We often carry out a couple of verification checks on items, to ensure you receive our products in the highest quality. From time to time, we may request for you to take photographs of the faults in advance, so we are able to investigate the problem.
