This website is operated by AMALIA COLLECTION. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AMALIA COLLECTION. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! For that reason we accept returns on all our products and provide refunds as soon as possible. All returns or exchanges will be accepted on goods that are unworn, unwashed, unchanged and in its original wrapping with the original labels attached for up to 7 days from the date you received the parcel.
You are required to contact us before intending to return or exchange any items. Shipping returns will be on customers own expense that means the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
Please note: if we shipped an incorrect or faulty item to you, we will compensate you for the return shipping*
We accept no responsibility for lost returns therefore we recommend that your returns to be mailed to us via registered mail. In order to avoid returns, please carefully read the description or ask questions before intending to purchase items. We do our best to describe products as accurately as possible.
Important: All refunds may take between 1-5 working days to process and can only be made back to the account from which the original payment had been made.
FAULTY ITEMS
We try our best to ensure all products are checked thoroughly before shipped. We often carry out a couple of verification checks on items, to ensure you receive our products in the highest quality. From time to time, we may request for you to take photographs of the faults in advance, so we are able to investigate the problem.
Postage and Handling
We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.
All parcels are posted through Australia Post, Sendle or by our own courier service.
Parcels are shipped within 1-5 working days depending on stock availability and the order load we are handling.
Once items have been posted, the postal system is in full authority of your parcel and delivery times may vary. All orders will come with tracking number which you may tracking online via the postal website. If you have any concern about your order please contact us.
- STANDARD. 3-10 DAYS $10.00
- EXPRESS. 1-3 DAYS $15.00
All Australian orders over $50 are shipped for free with standard post with tracking (no signature on delivery).
For Australian buyers: If you live in the COCOS ISLANDS and in parts of Western Australia area such as Geraldton, we suggest you choose the EXPRESS service as standard delivery may take weeks due to the poor mailing system in that zone.
For international buyers: shipping fee depends on your locations and order amount. You can view the shipping fee at checkout.
Payment
- All orders are shipped after full payment is cleared.
- We accept payment through Paypal, Afterpay, Credit Card, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
- Temporarily we do not accept payment by check or money order.
- Any bank charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
